Article 2 - Consumer's Legal Capacity: 1- The consumer acknowledges that they possess the legal capacity, as recognized by Sharia and the law, to transact with the store, or that they are at least eighteen years old. 2- The consumer agrees that in the event of a violation of this article, they shall bear the consequences of such violation before third parties. Article 3 - Nature of Obligation: 1- The store's obligation towards consumers The consumer is the provider of (the service or product). 2- The store may provide other services such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of (the service or product) requested by the consumer.
